Thursday Sector Leaders: Oil & Gas Refining & Marketing, Cigarettes & Tobacco Stocks

In trading on Thursday, oil & gas refining & marketing shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 1.7%.  Leading the group were shares of Pacific Ethanol (PEIX), up about 24.3% and shares of Rex American Resources (REX) up about 5.3% on the day.
